Privacy Policy

What we process

• The text of the runsheet you upload: for the audit and, if you link it to a master event, for the macro analysis across the whole event.
• The file name, the audit result (score, flags, clarifying questions), and your feedback on flags.
• Your settings and event profiles (buffer times and custom constraints).
• A demo profile (name, company, role, email) that is only stored in your browser's local storage.

Where it goes

For the analysis, the text of your runsheet is sent to Anthropic's AI service. The original file is not kept; we store the extracted text, the file name, the stage, the day, and the result in our database (Supabase) until you clear the history.

GDPR

If your runsheet contains personal data (such as names or phone numbers of crew and artists), you are responsible for a valid legal basis to process it. You have the right to access, correct, and delete. You can delete your audits yourself via "Clear history" on the dashboard.
